Start by checking what the light on your TellStick indicates by clicking here.
Proceed to the following steps: Restart your router. If this doesn’t work, try to restart your TellStick. If this doesn’t help, you should also try changing the network cable and changing the network port that the TellStick cable is in. If this doesn’t help, you should try connecting your TellStick to another router, such as a friend or neighbor, to rule out the problem.
