OTP via SMS is not working

We would like to inform you that OTP login via SMS is currently not working .
All other SMS notifications and services work as usual – only OTP is affected.

Impact

  • Users cannot log in via SMS-OTP .
  • Login with email and password works as usual .
  • If you do not have a password to log in, please contact our support .

We will return with updates as soon as we have more information.
