Below, you can see what applies depending on your subscription.Premium: You get prioritized response time, normally 1–3 business days (with the exception of major holidays). Support is offered in Swedish or English – you choose.Basic: Normal response time is 3–5 business days. During major holidays, the response time may be longer. Responses in English may occur.
