TellStick works with both Z-Wave and 433 MHz.

On each product page, you will find the product's technical specifications and manuals. The starter package includes manuals and technical specifications for each product included in the package. This can be found under the tabs Technical Specification and Manuals.

Yes. With Telldus you can control your devices from anywhere in the world. For example, if you remember that you forgot to turn off the lights, you can do it directly from your mobile.

For TellStick ZNet lite v1 and v2, you can have up to 232 Z-Wave products. For 433 MHz, the number is unlimited.

You can have a maximum of 8 thermometers of Telldus brand per TellStick gateway. If you want more, you can use thermometers from other brands that can be connected. If you have a very large number of Z-Wave devices, it may affect how many 433 MHz products you can have.

For hub 1, you can have a maximum of 200 Zigbee devices.

Do you have a hub 1 or hub 2?
Connect the power cable and ethernet cable, download the Telldus app and create an account, press "Add hub" then use the activation code found on the back.

Do you have a TellStick?
Connect your TellStick with the cables included. Then create an account at live.telldus.com. Once the account is created, activate your TellStick by following the guide step by step.

Then restart your router. If that doesn't help, you can restart your TellStick, try a different network cable, and change the network port. If the problem persists, you can try connecting the TellStick to another router to rule out that the fault lies with the router.

This is easiest done by following the specific manual included in the packaging or found under the Manuals tab on the product page.

It may vary between products, but generally you select the device in the app, go to settings, and choose to exclude the product. Then click three times on the device to exclude it.

You can improve the range of your TellStick ZNet Lite v1/v2 by using multiple Z-Wave products that together create a mesh network between the devices.

All Z-Wave devices that are not battery-powered can repeat the signal. The more you have, the better range and reliability you will get. It is also possible to purchase an extender.

For 433 MHz products, it is not possible to extend the signal in the same way. If this creates problems, we recommend using Z-Wave products with TellStick.
