Once we have processed your order, we will send a confirmation email informing you that the items are on their way. If you have not received the email within 2 business days, you can contact webshop@telldus.se.

Sweden: 2-4 working days.

Finland: 5-7 working days.

Germany: 5-7 working days.

We deliver your goods with DHL to your nearest DHL service point. The order is shipped from our warehouse on weekdays, Monday to Thursday, excluding holidays.

The package includes a packing slip with instructions. Ensure that the product is returned in the same condition as you received it and use the same packaging if possible.

If you paid with Klarna, register the return through Klarna to avoid receiving a payment reminder.

Return to: Proove AB, Kabelvägen 7, 31150 Falkenberg. Mark the package with Att: Return Telldus. The refund is expected to reach you 3-5 days after we have approved and registered the return.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment you receive the item at your agent.

If you receive a defective item, you can contact our customer service at support@telldus.se.

Complaints made within 2 months of discovering the defect are always considered to have been submitted in a timely manner. You have a three-year warranty on items purchased on our website.

Click on the cart icon when you have added one or more products. In the sidebar, you will see your items and a field for the discount code.

Enter the discount code and click on use discount code. You should see the total change. If the code does not work, check that it is entered correctly and that the validity period applies. If everything looks correct, you can contact us at hello@telldus.se.
