User agreement

This agreement covers your use of the FlowEasy mobile application. By installing or using the app, you accept these terms.

1. Licence

Telldus Technologies AB grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use FlowEasy on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. The app is licensed, not sold.

2. What you may not do

• Copy, sell, rent, sublicense or distribute the app
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded
• Remove or alter any notice of ownership in it
• Use it to break the law or to interfere with equipment you do not control

3. Ownership

The app, its design and all intellectual property in it remain the property of Telldus Technologies AB and its licensors. Smartline® and Smartline Flow are the property of their respective owners and are used here to identify compatible hardware.

4. Updates and availability

We may release updates to the app and to device firmware, and may change or discontinue the app at any time. We do not guarantee that it will remain available or compatible with future phone operating systems.

5. No warranty

The app is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or the separate warranty covering the hardware you bought.

6. Not a safety system

FlowEasy is for convenience and comfort. Do not rely on it for security, medical, industrial or other purposes where failure could cause injury, loss or damage.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Telldus Technologies AB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Liability that cannot be excluded by law is unaffected, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Termination

This licence ends if you stop using the app or if you breach these terms. On termination you must delete the app from your devices.

9. Governing law

Swedish law applies, and disputes are heard by the Swedish courts. If you are a consumer you may also bring a claim where you live, and you can contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

10. Apple App Store

If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store: this agreement is between you and Telldus Technologies AB only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance. Apple is not responsible for any claim relating to the app, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims, and any such claim is our responsibility. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.
