Telldus begins collaboration with Ledvance – introduces OSRAM Smart+ Zigbee together with hub 1
Telldus has entered into a close collaboration with OSRAM/LEDVANCE to launch OSRAM Smart+ Zigbee 3.0 in the Nordics. The products are Telldus Certified and work seamlessly with the Telldus hub 1 . An introductory campaign with attractive packages for both new and existing smart home users will start in October.
Telldus Technologies AB has signed an agreement with Ledvance AB, one of the world's leading players in the lighting industry, which develops and distributes OSRAM Smart+, a well-known brand and product range in smart lighting. The combination of Telldus hub 1 and OSRAM Smart+ Zigbee makes the home smarter, simpler and more energy efficient. The introductory campaign will begin in early October.
In parallel with market planning, Telldus has tested and certified OSRAM Smart+ according to ourTelldus Certified quality program.
OSRAM is a world-leading brand in lighting. After certification tests, Telldus can confirm that OSRAM Smart+ is of very high quality and offers clear customer value. The products will be marketed both separately and in combination with the new hub 1 gateway, which is based on Zigbee 3.0 – a fast, secure and future-proof communication protocol. Since its launch, Hub 1 has received a positive reception and, combined with Telldu's continuous development work, there are good conditions for strong growth.
