It's peak thunderstorm season in August, and we know that power surges can unfortunately wreak havoc on consumer electronics – including TellStick. To help those affected, we have a limited number of used TellStick ZNet Lite v2 for sale.

How it works

1. Is your TellStick broken? Write to our support and briefly describe the problem.
2. We are checking availability. Since the number is limited, we cannot guarantee delivery to everyone, but we will do our best.
3. We will confirm and ship your order. If a unit is available, we will help you get back up and running quickly.

Tips for thunderstorms – how to protect your TellStick

• Unplug the power adapter and network cable during thunderstorms.
• Use surge protectors (preferably also for the network/telephone line if you use one).
• Place equipment in an open area and avoid unnecessary junction boxes.
• Document your installation (e.g. which devices and scenes you use) so you can get started faster if something happens.
