Did lightning strike your TellStick?

Åskväder

August is peak season for thunderstorms, and unfortunately, we know that power surges can damage home electronics – including TellStick. To help those affected, we have some tips for your TellStick ZNet Lite v2.

How it works

  1. Is your TellStick broken? Write to our support and briefly describe the problem.
  2. We check availability. Since the number is limited, we cannot guarantee delivery to everyone, but we do our best.
  3. We confirm and send the order. If a unit is available, we will help you further so that you can quickly get started again.

Note: The number of units is limited and the offer is subject to availability. We currently have none available.

Tips for thunderstorms – how to protect your TellStick

  • Unplug the power adapter and network cable when there's a thunderstorm.
  • Use surge protectors (preferably also for network/phone line if you use it).
  • Place equipment in well-ventilated areas and avoid unnecessary extension cords.
  • Document your installation (e.g. which devices and scenes you use) so it's quicker to get started if something happens anyway.

Do you need help or suspect your device has been damaged? Contact support, and we will guide you further.
