Delivery and returns
We deliver to Sweden, Finland and Germany.
- Shipping cost within Sweden: Free shipping on orders from SEK 899. Orders under SEK 899 will be charged SEK 59.
- Shipping cost to Finland and Germany: 8.90 €
If your package has been returned to us, we will credit the order and you may place a new one. If you have any questions, you are more than welcome to contact us at webshop@telldus.se
If you receive a defective item, you can always contact our customer service at support@telldus.se. Complaints made within 2 months of you discovering, are always considered to have been submitted on time. You have a three-year right to make a complaint about items purchased on our website.
We deliver your products with DHL to your nearest DHL delivery. The order is sent from our warehouse on weekdays, Monday-Thursday.
Sweden: Within 2-4 business days
Finland: Within 5-7 business days
Germany: Within 5-7 business days
You can return a product within 14 days from the day you receive it.
The package includes a leaflet with instructions on how to return an item. Make sure you return your product in the same condition you received it. If possible, use the same packaging in which you received your order. If you have paid with Klarna, you register the return via them in order not to receive a payment reminder.

Order
When we have processed your order, you will get a confirmation email stating that the products are on their way. If you have not received the email within 2 weekdays, please contact webshop@telldus.se.
Click on the shopping cart icon when you have added some products, then you will see a side menu where all your items are collected. In the same view you will find a field called “discount code”. Enter the current discount code and click on “use discount code”. You should now see that the sum has changed.
If the code doesn’t work, we recommend that you double check that the code was correctly entered, and that the validity period applies. If everything looks right but the code is not registered anyway, please contact us at hello@telldus.se.
Payment
Once we have received, registered and approved your return / complaint, we will make a refund to the account you used at the time of ordering. The money is then estimated to be in your account within 3-5 days.
No, you don’t. Go to your Klarna account and click on the specific invoice and then choose “report return”. The invoice will then be frozen until we have processed your return. You will then receive an email from Klarna when your return has been processed and the invoice has been updated / credited.
