Dear Telldus User,

It is with great pleasure that we finally are able to announce that Telldus is stepping into the future under new ownership. Telldus is a remarkable company with a dedicated and deeply engaged user base, and we are humbled to become part of this community.

The Telldus Live platform is still one of the best that the market has to offer. At the same time, we have observed the difficulties encountered over the course of 2023, and we have already allocated resources for a more stable Live platform. Continuity is an important ingredient for successful development, where the good is preserved. Therefore, it is pleasing and very valuable that Telldus’s two key personnel – Edwin in Product and Magnus in Customer Support, are highly motivated to join in “new” Telldus.

Our main objective is to not only continue delivering high-quality products and services, but also to actively address the existing challenges that the community has faced. We are fully aware that the task at hand requires hard work and commitment moving forward. We are prepared to take on these challenges and we want to hear your thoughts, in order to create a better Telldus together.

Moving forward, you can expect:

Improved Communication: We commit to keeping you informed about our progress and any changes that will be implemented. Our ambition is to create a more transparent and open dialogue with you, our user.

Development Plan: We plan to develop Telldus products and services to further improve technical support and user experience. Our goal is to enhance stability and reliability to better meet your demands and improve the Telldus experience.

Feedback Mechanism: Your input is important to us. We are going to review and update the channels through which you can share your opinions and feedback. This will help us better understand your needs and prioritize accordingly.
