PURCHASING INFORMATION

At present time, we can only deliver to addresses within Sweden. We reserve the right to reject orders to countries other than Sweden.

Here you will find information about the terms and conditions of purchases made in Telldus’ e-shop. Please read all text carefully before making a purchase. If something is unclear about our terms, please feel free to contact us.

Customer Database:
When placing an order, you will have to leave some personal information. By doing so, you acknowledge that the data will be recorded in our customer file database. Telldus guarantees that all information will be handled confidentially and will not be disclosed or sold in any way.

Prices:
All stated prices are inclusive of Swedish VAT. All product and freight prices are subject to change without notice, with the exception of already placed but not yet delivered orders.

Sales information:
At the moment, we can only sell to customers with a delivery address in Sweden. Payments are made through Klarna Checkout, and by accepting your order you also accept Klarna’s payment conditions.

Delivery information:
Free shipping and handling for orders exceeding SEK 750; for orders of less than SEK 750, the shipping and handling cost is SEK 59. Usually, deliveries are sent from our warehouse within 2-4 days (excluding weekends and national holidays). We withhold the right to choose between two different freight options. 1) DHL: This will be the choice if the parcel size exceeds what PostNord can deliver to a standard mailbox. When DHL freight is chosen the parcel can be tracked (contact us to receive your tracking number). A delivery notification will be sent to your mobile phone number when the parcel may be retrieved at your local delivery point. DHL delivery usually takes 1 working day counted from the day the parcel is collected at our warehouse. Deliveries north of postal code 82 (Östersund) usually takes 2 working days. 2) PostNord: This will be the choice for small parcels that is deliverable to a standard mailbox (according to PostNord’s guidelines). The parcel is sent as a regular mail and will therefore not be traceable. Delivery usually takes up to 3 working days counted from the day it is sent from our warehouse.

Unclaimed shipments:

For unclaimed shipments, a fee of SEK 120 will be charged to cover shipping and administration fees.

Return policy:

You are entitled to regret your purchase within 14 days. If you wish to exercise the right to cancel a purchase, you must submit a clear and concise message about your decision to cancel your purchase (e.g. with a letter sent by post, fax or an e-mail message). You can use the template form, which is available on the website of the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket) (click here to open it in a new window) , but this is optional. In order for you to exercise your right to cancel a purchase, sending a message stating that you intend to exercise this right before the cancellation period expires will suffice. The product must be returned in the same condition as you received it and with its packaging. You are required to pay for the return shipping to us. To be able to reimburse you for the goods, you must also enclose a copy of the receipt. Reimbursement will at most correspond to 100% of the price applicable at the time of purchase. You are responsible only for the reduced value of the goods as a result of excessive handling to assess the nature, performance and functionality of the goods. Any delivery costs due to selection of a different shipping method than the cheapest standard delivery option at the time of purchase will not be reimbursed. The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we have been notified of your decision to cancel the purchase and the goods from you have been received by us.

Claims:
Any claims should be addressed to Telldus at support.telldus.com within 8 days.

Transport damage:
Damaged goods must be notified immediately to Telldus at webshop@telldus.se also at the point where you picked up the goods. In case of damage, please keep the address label from the shipment, including the actual shipping number. We need this in order to be able to replace damaged goods.

Terms and conditions:
To be permitted to make purchases in our on-line store, you must either be of lawful age or have consent from your parents/guardian. By placing an order, you confirm the purchase and thereby accept our terms of purchase. All goods shall remain the property of Telldus until payment has been received in full.

Fraudulent orders will be reported to the police.

For all other matters, the Swedish Consumer Purchases Act shall apply.


Rules and conditions regarding Customer Reviews

By submitting your review and/or rating to us you give your permission to Telldus/Proove to with our royalty use, copy, alter, remove in parts or in whole, publish and translate it without any compensation. Telldus withholds the right to condense and/or erase the content shown on our web site. Rating of products and written comments will usually be published in two to four working days. However, we reserve the right to remove or refuse to post any comment for any reason which we also do not need to report.

By submitting your e-mail address in conjunction with your review and/or rating, you approve that Telldus/Proove and their third party service providers may use your e-mail address to contact you regarding status of your review or for marketing purposes. You also approve of your review and/or rating might be used for marketing purposes.


Proove AB is responsible for the marketing and distribution of Telldus products. Proove AB also runs this web site. Proove AB owns the products in the web shop. When you make a purchase, you enter into an agreement between Proove AB and yourself as the customer..
