How do I transfer my gateway to a new user?

  1. iOS: Click on “More” in the menu, then click on “Manage gateways” and choose the gateway you want to move.
  2. Android: Open the menu, click on the gateway you want to move.
  3. Click on “Administration” in the menu.
  4. Enter the e-mail address of the account to which you want to move the current gateway, then click on “Transfer”.
  5. An email is now sent to the user. Gateways, devices, and schedules will be moved to the specified account.
