Even though we no longer sell TellStick Net/ZNet lite v2, we will continue to support these gateways until we have run out of replacement units and spare parts (support for old TellStick will remain as long as our users demand this). Will the new TellStick Flow work with the 433MHz / Z-Wave devices?
Not directly. If you are already using a TellStick (Net v2, ZNet Lite v1, ZNet Lite v2), you can just add the TellStick Flow via the new Telldus Flow app. It will then be just another TellStick under your disposal. You can create events and schedules between TellStick without worrying about the difference in protocols, and all communications would be local. This seamless TellStick integration is one the strongest advantages of Telldus.
When will the TellSticks Net v2 / ZNet Lite v2 available again?
The hardware of the TellStick Net v2 and ZNet Lite v2 no longer satisfy future smart home demands, especially on protocols and their security requirements. Therefore we have decided to discontinue them in favour of a new breed of low cost, high performance solutions.

What is TellStick Flow?
TellStick Flow is our latest hub that allows you to integrate affordable Smartline Flow lamps into your existing Telldus system. The gateway uses Bluetooth to communicate to the Flow devices, a secure and two way communication. For the smart lighting to become more helpful in saving energy, you will need them to be able to control remotely and automatically.
Adding lights to Telldus Live
By adding lights to your Telldus system, you can create automations and events between the lights and the existing devices. How about connecting, for example, a lamp and a PIR sensor to create a welcoming feeling when someone enters a room? With TellStick Flow, you can control your lighting wherever you are in the world (as long as you have a working internet connection).
Voice control
In addition to controlling your lights via your mobile phone, TellStick Flow allows you to use voice commands* to turn your lights on, off and dim them. This is a perfect feature for those who easily forget to turn off the hallway light before bedding down for the evening.

- Download the Telldus Flow app.
- Add the Smartline Flow lights by pressing “+”.
- Power on the TellStick Flow.
- Press ”+” and ”Scan QR code”.
- A camera window will open automatically. Point the camera at the QR code printed on the bottom of TellStick Flow,
- Then follow the instructions that come up.
How do I setup my Tellstick Flow?
- Download the Telldus Flow app.
- Launched the Telldus Flow app.
- Power up the TellStick Flow. You shall shortly see red lights flashing on the TellStick Flow, indicating it is ready to be added.
- Log-in to your existing account if you’re already using Telldus, or register a new one if not.
- You can optionally add Smartline Flow lights, plugs or sensors by clicking on “+” and then “add light” or “add plug”.
- Click on “+” and then “add TellStick Flow”.
- A camera window opens automatically.
- Aim the camera at the QR code printed on the back of the TellStick Flow.
- You will be asked to choose a Wi-Fi network and enter the Wi-Fi password. If you have accidentally entered the wrong information and click next, follow the procedure to Reset the TellStick Flow and start from step 6 again.
Why should I get TellStick Flow if I do not use Telldus today?
Whether you are a Telldus user or not, you can use the hub to control your lights using voice control or via your phone. However, you need to be a Telldus user if you want to be able to integrate the lamps with other smart devices in the home.
Should I use the Smartline Flow app or Telldus Flow app to install the TellStick Flow?
You only need the Telldus Flow app to install and activate the TellStick Flow.
Do I need another TellStick to use TellStick Flow?
No, you do not need to have any of the existing TellSticks to use with the new TellStick Flow. However, if you already owned one or more of our current TellSticks, the TellStick Flow will work seamlessly with them.
